This is really cool!
With all the unknowns associated with launching a start-up company, Andrews Kurth (you know the cool AK technology and emerging companies group in Austin) wanted to provide a no-nonsense way for entrepreneurs to get a new company launched.
Alan Bickerstaff and Matt Lyons, partners at this world class law firm wanted to provide a package with a $5K fixed fee to create cost certainty.
